Pandispan:
4 jajca
4 lazici seker
4 lazici brasno
1 prasak za pecivo
Podgotovka:Jabolkata se lupat i se dlabat vo sredinata,se redat vo pleh br.28,prethodno posipan so meleni biskviti i vnatresnosta se polni so smesa od 150 gr orevi ili lesnici,150 gr seker i 1 lazice cimet.Se podpekuvaat jabolkata vo rerna okolu 10-15 min.Otkako ke se potpecat,nad jabolkata se potura pandispanot od 4 jajca,4 lazici seker,4 lazici brasno i 1 prasok za pecivo.Se pece povtorno okolu 15 min,pa se ceka okolu 10-15 minuti da se podizladi,pa se prevrtuva,jabolkata da bidat gore.Se dekorira so slag pena i topeno cokolado ili po zelba.
Ingredients:
17 smaller apples
150 gr crushed nuts or hazelnuts
150 gr sugar
1 small spoon cinnamon
Sponge cake:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 pack. baking powder
Preparation:
Peel the apples and clean the middle,put them in a pan number 28,previously sprinkled with crushed biscuits.Fill the inside of the apples with 150 gr nuts or hazelnuts,150 gr sugar and a small spoon of cinnamon.Bake the apples in the oven around 10-15 minutes.After you bake them,pour over them the sponge cake and bake it again around 15 minutes.After it's done, leave it around 10-15 minutes so it can cool down and turn it upside down,so the apples are up.Decorate it with whipped cream and melted chocolate,or as you wish.
