1 casa (250 ml) voda/1 cup (250ml) water
1 casa maslo/1 cup oil
2 casi gazirana voda/2 cups sparkling water
600 gr griz/600 gr farina
1 raka brasno/1 handfull flour
2 race seker/2 handfulls sugar
Se stavaat tecnite sostojki na ogan kolku da zovrijat i vednas se trgaat nastrana.
Put the liquid ingredients on fire to boil and immediately set aside.
Vo drug sad se mesaat suvite sostojki i vednas se stavaat vo zovrienata voda.Se mesa so lazica bidejki e vrelo.
In another bowl mix dry ingredients and immediately put into boiling water.Mix with a spoon because it is hot.
Otkako smesata ke se izladi,se formiraat gurabiite i se redat vo tepsija.
When the mixture is cool,the gurabii are formed and laid in a casserole.
Vaka formiranite gurabii se zasekuvaat odozgora so noz i se pecat na 170 C.
The gurabii formed like this are cut with a knife from above and are baked at 170 C
Serbet/Sorbet:
1 l water
1 kg sugar
Se stavaat sekerot i vodata da zovrijat,pa se namaluva ringlata na minimum i se ostava taka da vari dodeka se pecat gurabiite.
Put the water and sugar to boil, then reduce the heat to minimum and leave it boiling until the gurabii are baking.
Se poparuvaat otkako ke se podizladat.
Pour the sorbet when they are cooled
