Sostojki:
800 gr brasno/800 gr flour
1 jajce i edna belka (zolckata se ostava za premackuvanje)/1 egg and 1 egg white (leave the yolk for coating)
500-600 ml mlako mleko/500-600 ml lukewarm milk
50 ml maslo/50 ml oil
1 lazica sol/1 tablespoon salt
1 kvasec/1 yeast
margarin po potreba/margarine as needed
Se prigotvuva kvasecot so edna mala lazicka seker i malku mlako mleko ili voda,pa od sostojkite se zamesuva testo koe se ostava da narasne
Prepare the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and a little bit of milk or water, then mix the ingredients into a dough that is left to rise.
Otkako ke narasne testoto,se razmesuva i se suka kora vo dolzina koja se macka so margarin
Once the dough has risen, mould it and twirl a long crust and spread some margarine
Namackanata kora se vitka vo rolna i se sece na polovina vo dolzina
The crust is rolled into a roll and cut in half lengthwise
Taka rasecenata kora se vitka vo tavce vo vid na polzav,se premackuva so zolckata i se porosuva so susam,pa se pece na 200 C okolu 30 min
The crust is twisted like a snail in a pan,coated with the egg yolk and spread some sesame seeds.Bake it around 30 minutes at 200 C
