Za testo:/For dough:
1kg brasno/1 kg flour 1/2 litar voda/1/2 l water 1 kvasec/1 yeast 1 lazice sol/1 small spoon salt

Fil:/Filling:
3 straka praz/3 leeks 100 gr orevi meleni/100 gr milled walnuts Sol po vkus/salt by taste

Preliv:/Topping:
30 gr(1 lazica) orevi meleni /30 gr(1 tablespoon) milled walnuts 200ml voda/200 ml water

Se zamesuva testoto so topla voda i se ostava da narasne
Mix the dough with warm water and let it rise


Vo meguvreme se sprema filot . Se secka prazot se mie i se przi bez maslo dodeka da omekne. Se dodavaat melenite orevi i malku se proprzuva da se soedinat i se stava solta po vkus
In the meantime,prepare the filling.Chop the leeks, wash and fry without oil until soft. Add minced nuts and allow to melt slightly and add salt to taste.




Testoto se deli na 2 dela: edniot del pogolem za dolnata kora, drugiot pomal za gornata.
The dough is divided into 2 parts: one larger for the lower crust, the other smaller for the upper.

Se suci kora pogolema od plehot, kraevite da visat od tepsijata, se tura filot i se razmackuva niz cela kora.Pred da se stavi prvata kora plehot se posipuva so orevi meleni

Twist the lower crust bigger than the pan,the ends should be hanging from it,pour the filling and spread it all over the crust.Before the first crust is put, sprinkle the ground with walnuts

Se suci i gornata kora i se stava vrz filot zguzvana.
Kraevite od dolnata kira se vitkaat kako rolna.

The upper crust is also twisted and folded over the filling
The ends of the lower crust are rolled up like a roll
Zelnikot gotov se ostava malku da narasne, se poprskuva so malku voda i se pece dodeka da porumeni
Pred kraj se vadi i se macka so prelivot od orevi i voda i pak se vraka vo rerna uste 5 - 10min.

Leave the prepared pie to rise slightly,spray it with some water and bake it until it's golden brown.
Briefly before it's baked,take it out of the oven,spread the topping and bake it again around 5-10 minutes.
