Sostojki/Ingredients:
1 pound sweet butter (1 kocka margarin)
2 cups crushed nuts ( 500gr meleni orevi)
1 cup powdered sugar( 200gr seker vo prav)
4 cups flour ( 700gr brasno)
Se mesi testo, se stava okolu polovina cas vo frizider i se pravat formi vo kalapcinja. Se pecat na 180 C 15 min
Knead the dough and refrigerate it for about half an hour.Make the nuts in the molds and bake them at 350 % for 15 min.
Fil/Filling:
1/2 unsalted butter (1/2 kocka margarin)
3 cups crushed nuts ( 700gr meleni orevi)
1/2 cup powdered sugar( 160gr seker vo prav)
2 tablespoons rum (2 lazici rum)
3 tablespoons water (3 lazici voda)
Se mesa se zaedno i se filovaat .Mix everything together and fill the nuts
