Posna solena torta/Lean salty cake

Sostojki:
200 ml pivo
200 ml gazirana voda
16 lazici brasno
1 prasok za pecivo
1/2 kafeno lazice sol
8 lazici ajvar

Od navedenite sostojki se mati testo koe se pece vo pleh od rerna na 200 C.

Fil:
2 pogolemi vareni kompiri
6 kiseli krastavicki
100 gr posen majonez
200 gr posen kaskaval

1 pakovanje(200 gr) posni soleni krekeri

Kompirite i kaskavalot se rendaat,krastavickite sitno se seckaat i site sostojki zaedno so majonezot se mesaat.
Prethodno pecenata kora se sece na polovina po dolzina,se filuva so polovina fil,nad filot se redat krekerite i nad krekerite se stava drugata polovina od filot.Nad filot se stava drugata polovina od korata. od gore se premackuva so posen majonez i posen rendan kaskaval,se sece na kocki i se dekorira po zelba.
Napomena:Najdobro e da se ostavi da otstoi preku nok,pa naredniot den da se sece za da omeknat krekerite

Ingredients:
200 ml beer
200 ml sparkling water
16 tablespoons flour
1 baking powder
1 coffee spoon salt
8 tablespoons ajvar
From these ingredients we are making a dough which is baking in an oven baking dish at 200 C

Fillo:
2 big boiled potatoes
6 pickles
100 gr lean mayonnaise
200 lean yellow cheese

1 packing (200 gr lean salty crackers) 

Grate the potatoes and the cheese, finely chop the pickles and mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise.The pre-baked crust is cut in half lengthwise, half filling is done, crackers are laid over the filling and the other half of the filling is placed over them.Put the other half of the crust over the filling, top with lean mayonnaise and grated cheese, cut into cubes and decorate as desired.

Note:It is best to let it overnight and then cut it,so the crackers will be softer
